Tomato omlette in 2 minutes

Ingredients needed:- Gram flour ( Besan 100gm ) Green chillies ( 6-7 ) Corrinder leaves ( as per your requirement) Tomatoes ( finely chopped 3) Salt ( 2 Tbsp ) Water  ( for thickness cannot give exact measurement ). Method :-  Take a bowl and add gram flour and mix water without forming lumps. Keep on mixing with a spoon and add 1tsp turmeric to it, salt , tomatoes, Corrinder leaves. Make good good batter like dosa. Take a pan heat the pan in low flame. Put 1ysp oil and follow the method of how you do it for dosa. You have to take thick and see to it that it should not be uncooked. If it is uncooked it may trouble your stomach. So nicely fry it.

 One of my favourite snacks in Maharashtrian food. You can say it it is one of the light breakfast or snacks. Thali peeth is also one of the healthy snacks. I just love it! So simple and delicious. Oats upma healthy recipe

This delectable oats upma formula is anything but difficult to get ready and completes inside 30 minutes including both the readiness and cooking. Instant rava upma south Indian style without onion

Ingredients:- Mustard seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp cooking oil Curry leaves ( 7 ) Ginger ( shown in image ) Tomato ( 2 ) ( finely chopped) Carrot (1) ( finely chopped ) Peas ( shown in image ) Green chillies ( 8 ) Rava  Salt Roast rava until it get lightish brown.  My father hate onion so I tried without onion. Pour cooking oil in kadai and add mustard seeds  While it get crackle add onion and ginger and keep on stirring add above all ingredients and salt  keep on stirring for 2 minutes. Than add 2 glass water and allow it to boil well. Add rava and stir well. See to it that there should be no lump. Serving:- 2 person  ( Image shown of rava is for 4 people )

3 ingredients for home made cake in 10 minutes

Ingredients:- Oreo cream biscuits or other cream biscuits ( 3 packs 100gm each ) so 300 gm. Boiled milk ( cooled one ) Pressure cooker I took four packets of Oreo biscuits and one full Priya gold cream biscuits. And Hershey's chocolate syrup ( optional ) Milk cannot be measured . I will show you the image. You have to take cream biscuits and separate cream. And the biscuits you have to grind in mixture jar. Powder form you will get. So you have to add milk in biscuit powder. Thick paste. Not runny at all. And then place that biscuit batter in to the bowl. The above image same as it is. No need to put butter paper nothing. See that batter should be mixed well and tap the bowl so that bubble doesn't come. And place it in pressure cooker. I have taken idli vessel. Instant lapsi dosa

Lapsi contains wheat. It is very light and healthy. So the recipe so called lapsi dosa. Ingredients:-  1 onion 1 tomato 3 green chillies 250gm ( jada ) lapsi Corrinder leaves  Salt Method:- Soak lapsi for 1 hour.  In a mixture jar, you need to put finely chopped onion and tomato and green chillies, corrinder leaves, soaked lapsi ( take out the water ) and salt. All these ingredients you need to grind with thick paste. And don't use water unless you need. Because onion and tomato contain water. So the lapsi dosa batter must be thick. Thus, your lapsi dosa batter ready in a minutes'.  Serving:-.   3 persons Make lapsi dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney.

Yummy burger at home instant

All you need is from market is bun. The modern bun it's available in market which costs around 10 to 15 rupees in India. The packet contains two big slices bun. It looks like normal white bread. But the packet mentioned is burger bun. So need to buy that only. I am not at all going to mention it's ingredients because it's maida.  To make veg burger at home all you need is fruit jam. As you know in this lockdown period nothing is available neither cheese slices nor burger sauces nor ketchup. So better try new burger whatever available at home. Ingredients:- 2 onions ( cut in slices) 2 tomato ( cut in slices ) Cabbage ( finely chopped  1/4 ) Fruit jam Cut all above ingredients into slices. Take bun, you will find two bun where one slice you need to apply jam  first and then place onion tomato and lastly cabbage ( as per your need ). See to it that don't stuff over. Yummy semiya for your kids

Ingredients:- Carrot (one full carrot) Capsicum ( one full capsicum) Tomatoes ( one full Tomato) Onion ( 2 onions ) Red chillies ( 3 chillies dried ones) Curry leaves ( 4-5 curry leaves ) Salt ( as per your requirement ) Oil ( 2 tbsp ) Mustard seed ( 1/2tsp) Roasted Vermicelli ( 1 packet medium ) All the above mentioned ingredients need to be chopped finely.  Take one kadai ( cooking pan ) and add 2 tbsp oil. After oil gets heated put mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon. Let mustard get crackle than add red chillies and curry leaves. Stir until it get mix with oil. Add onion and tomato, stir until the colour changes to brown. Add carrot, capcicum and add salt and keep on stiring that too on low flame. After 2 minutes add water (1 and half cup). Allow it to boil. Than add roasted vermicelli. ( Never use raw vermicelli ). Keep on stirring until there is no water.
