Tomato omlette in 2 minutes

Ingredients needed:- Gram flour ( Besan 100gm ) Green chillies ( 6-7 ) Corrinder leaves ( as per your requirement) Tomatoes ( finely chopped 3) Salt ( 2 Tbsp ) Water  ( for thickness cannot give exact measurement ). Method :-  Take a bowl and add gram flour and mix water without forming lumps. Keep on mixing with a spoon and add 1tsp turmeric to it, salt , tomatoes, Corrinder leaves. Make good good batter like dosa. Take a pan heat the pan in low flame. Put 1ysp oil and follow the method of how you do it for dosa. You have to take thick and see to it that it should not be uncooked. If it is uncooked it may trouble your stomach. So nicely fry it.

  • Ingredients:-
  • Carrot (one full carrot)
  • Capsicum ( one full capsicum)
  • Tomatoes ( one full Tomato)
  • Onion ( 2 onions )
  • Red chillies ( 3 chillies dried ones)
  • Curry leaves ( 4-5 curry leaves )
  • Salt ( as per your requirement )
  • Oil ( 2 tbsp )
  • Mustard seed ( 1/2tsp)
  • Roasted Vermicelli ( 1 packet medium )


All the above mentioned ingredients need to be chopped finely. 
Take one kadai ( cooking pan ) and add 2 tbsp oil. After oil gets heated put mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon. Let mustard get crackle than add red chillies and curry leaves. Stir until it get mix with oil. Add onion and tomato, stir until the colour changes to brown. Add carrot, capcicum and add salt and keep on stiring that too on low flame. After 2 minutes add water (1 and half cup). Allow it to boil.


Than add roasted vermicelli. ( Never use raw vermicelli ).


Keep on stirring until there is no water. This semiya must not be sticky or dry.  After 3 minutes put a lid on it and later off the stove.

Serving :- Two persons
Preparation time :- 15 min ( approx )
Morning breakfast as well as evening snacks.

Ingredients needed:- Cabbage 1/2 kg finely chopped Green chillies 4 finely chopped Turmeric powder 1 TSP Corrinder leaves finely chopped Salt as per your taste 4-5 table spoon gram flour Method:- You need to use grated cabbage nad add one teaspoon turmeric powder salt and corrinder leaves and mix well and atlast add gram flour . Mix well without water. As cabbage already contains water. So after mixing all ingredients. Keep aside for 5minutes. Heat oil ( 5 table spoon oil ) . Let oil heated in low flame. And take mixture and make small balls. Your vegetable manchurian is ready. Never add other vegetables as mixture will never set properly. Be careful the mixture should not be runny. Never use water.
