Ingredients needed:- Gram flour ( Besan 100gm ) Green chillies ( 6-7 ) Corrinder leaves ( as per your requirement) Tomatoes ( finely chopped 3) Salt ( 2 Tbsp ) Water ( for thickness cannot give exact measurement ). Method :- Take a bowl and add gram flour and mix water without forming lumps. Keep on mixing with a spoon and add 1tsp turmeric to it, salt , tomatoes, Corrinder leaves. Make good good batter like dosa. Take a pan heat the pan in low flame. Put 1ysp oil and follow the method of how you do it for dosa. You have to take thick and see to it that it should not be uncooked. If it is uncooked it may trouble your stomach. So nicely fry it.
Lapsi contains wheat. It is very light and healthy. So the recipe so called lapsi dosa.
Ingredients:-
1 onion
1 tomato
3 green chillies
250gm ( jada ) lapsi
Corrinder leaves
Salt
Method:-
Soak lapsi for 1 hour.
In a mixture jar, you need to put finely chopped onion and tomato and green chillies, corrinder leaves, soaked lapsi ( take out the water ) and salt.
All these ingredients you need to grind with thick paste. And don't use water unless you need.
Because onion and tomato contain water. So the lapsi dosa batter must be thick.
Thus, your lapsi dosa batter ready in a minutes'.
Serving:-. 3 persons
Make lapsi dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney.
