Tomato omlette in 2 minutes

Ingredients needed:- Gram flour ( Besan 100gm ) Green chillies ( 6-7 ) Corrinder leaves ( as per your requirement) Tomatoes ( finely chopped 3) Salt ( 2 Tbsp ) Water  ( for thickness cannot give exact measurement ). Method :-  Take a bowl and add gram flour and mix water without forming lumps. Keep on mixing with a spoon and add 1tsp turmeric to it, salt , tomatoes, Corrinder leaves. Make good good batter like dosa. Take a pan heat the pan in low flame. Put 1ysp oil and follow the method of how you do it for dosa. You have to take thick and see to it that it should not be uncooked. If it is uncooked it may trouble your stomach. So nicely fry it.

Vegetable cutlet in 5 minutes





You require - 5-6 toast ( rusk )
                        Potato ( 2 boiled )
                        Beetroot ( finely chopped )
                        French beans (  finely chopped 3/4th )
                        Carrot ( 1 finely chopped )
                        Peas ( 5 to 6  )
                        Garlic ( finely chopped 3 )
                        Green chillies ( 4 - 5 )
                        Turmeric for colour
                        Jeera ( 1 TSP )

Method:-  Take oil ( as per requirement ).  In low flame  add jeera,t green chillies,  and add salt. And add all vegetables and mix it well. And close the lid. Till tht time you need to make a powder of rusk in mixer jar. Let vegetables  get nicely mix with oil and make a curry of it . It is also called vegetables stuff. After 4 minutes switch off the flame. Make a shape i.e ball or heart shaped of the stuffed vegetables and dip in the rusk both sides.  It is ready to fry in pan with oil. Just roast it . If you will deep fry it will consume lots of oil.
Serve with pudina chutney.
Serve: 2 people .

Ingredients needed:- Cabbage 1/2 kg finely chopped Green chillies 4 finely chopped Turmeric powder 1 TSP Corrinder leaves finely chopped Salt as per your taste 4-5 table spoon gram flour Method:- You need to use grated cabbage nad add one teaspoon turmeric powder salt and corrinder leaves and mix well and atlast add gram flour . Mix well without water. As cabbage already contains water. So after mixing all ingredients. Keep aside for 5minutes. Heat oil ( 5 table spoon oil ) . Let oil heated in low flame. And take mixture and make small balls. Your vegetable manchurian is ready. Never add other vegetables as mixture will never set properly. Be careful the mixture should not be runny. Never use water.
